Visa Appeals
There are times when the visa application doesn’t get through in the first go. Under these circumstances, you can always send your visa application for review. There are strict time limits for the same but majority of decisions in Australia can be reviewed. When it comes to issues related to migration, all the cases are heard by Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Once your visa has been refused, there are a few things that you need to take care of and we at Aggarwal Immigration Consultants recommend you take it as a priority. Take the time frame into account, as the rules are quite stringent on the same. You must read the decision letter as to what time gap they have provided you so that you don’t miss the critical deadline. When you submit your file for review, the AAT will take into consideration your entire application from the beginning which includes documentation, evidence, and forms. You must also keep in mind that AAT can investigate your credentials as their own level. Aggarwal Immigration Consultants will counsel you at every step on how to go about it. Consequently, there will also be a hearing that you will be asked to attend by AAT. Now, after completion of your hearing, AAT will apprise you that you will notified about the decision made on the application via a written notification. This entire process takes anywhere between 09-13 months, so you need to keep your patience throughout the time.
